Position Overview
We are seeking to hire a Senior Functional Analyst for a remote role to perform an analysis of the Client’s Oracle PeopleSoft Financials & HRMS current-configuration state (“as-is”), which includes business processes as well as other system components, including integrations.
Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree and ability to pass a government background check.
– At least 10 years’ experience in supporting enterprise ERP and HRMS systems, including hands-on knowledge of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts, Purchasing, etc.
– Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, business requirements, system configurations, and user manuals.
– Capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Experience in capturing, mapping, and analyzing business processes as practiced within Financial & HRMS systems.
– Ability to document workflows, pain points, integrations, and potential gaps in business processes, especially with a view toward system replacement.
– Excellent communication skills for working directly with SMEs, stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams. Capable of leading interviews, conducting workshops, and consolidating varied inputs
into standardized, actionable documentation.
– Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio, Word, Excel).
– Strong technical background, including proficiency in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
– Experience with documentation and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, BI Publisher, and Adobe Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials & HRMS suite of software
